Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on the Joshua Tree National Park Association shop, joshuatreeshop.org, or in one of our visitor centers can be returned within 10 days of purchase. The item(s) must be undamaged and in the original packaging for a full return. Opened items or damaged packaging will not be considered in an acceptable condition for a return. If the item(s) was received damaged, then you will need to file a claim with the delivery service used to ship the item(s).
EXCHANGEÂ POLICY
If you purchased an item or items in the Joshua Tree National Park Association online shop or one of our visitor centers and would like to make an exchange, please return the item within 30 days of purchase. Items found defective, with missing parts, or incomplete in any way are considered justified reasons for an exchange. Items damaged by shipping require claims to be filed with the delivery service used to ship the item(s).
SHIPPINGÂ COSTS
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are required to be paid by the purchaser of the item(s).
